Bruce Fernandez Managing Director bfernandez@gcaps.com	Mr. Fernandez is Managing Director covering the Southeastern United States and Latin America for GCaps, with a specialty in insurance and real estate. He is a principal of a Florida-based specialized business development firm, G2G 3. Mr. Fernandez spent fourteen of his twenty year insurance career in Chicago. While there, he served in the National Accounts Division of a major global insurance company, was a junior officer of the Illinois office of a global brokerage firm, and served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Classic Syndicate, Classic Fire & Marine Insurance Company and their countrywide corporate network of underwriting profit centers. During that time, he was active as a board director and officer of the Illinois Captive and Alternative Risk Funding Insurance Association. He holds a B.A. degree in Communications and Business Administration from Rollins College.

	Bruce Fernandez has served as National Practice Leader for Captives and the Alternative Risk market sector for IR Group of Florida, where he handled assignments for the E&S Wholesale and Specialty Retail Brokerage markets, including individual placements, multi-person production or production teams, acquisition prospecting and strategic planning.
