- Marketed US$4 billion of credit facilities to investment and non-investment grade counterparties.
- Secured the highest short-term ranking for Commerzbank's securitization company.
- Helped restructure sovereign debt of a Southeast Asian country's municipal transport system.

through which Howard originated financing and investment opportunities in the public and
