Bill Farrell Managing Director wfarrell@gcaps.com	Dr. Farrell is a senior financial executive with airline, investment banking and insurance industry experience. Bill specializes in financial management, corporate development transactions, due diligence and planning activities. Bill has held senior management positions in the insurance industry with Alea Group and Reliance Insurance, and led groups with charters to create innovative products for commercial applications. Bill was a Vice President at Kidder, Peabody in New York, specializing in aviation investment banking. He was also formerly Vice President Corporate Planning at Western Airlines after a period as Assistant Treasurer - Corporate Finance at the same carrier. He held key responsibilities in re-engineering Western into a profitable organization and selling the company to Delta Air Lines.

	Bill also has consulting experience in the Operations Research Group at Arthur D. Little, Inc. and began his business career at American Airlines, where he designed the first yield management system in the industry. He has taught at several Universities. Dr. Farrell received BA, MBA and Ph.D. degrees in Operations Research from the University of California at Los Angeles.
